Rules:
1. Completed Ace Contractors Edge Rewards application must be submitted and approved to participate.
2. There may only be one cardholder associated to a company that earns Rewards through Ace Contractors Edge Rewards program. If the application
does not designate that the cardholder is the owner of the company, Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. may require additional
information prior to approval.
3. Ace Contractors Edge Rewards are earned on approved purchases at all Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. locations. Specially priced
products or Job Quotes may not qualify for Rewards.
4. Ace Contractors Edge Rewards member’s Ace credit account must be current and in good standing at the close of each quarter to qualify for rewards.
Rewards for accounts not current and in good standing will be forfeited.
5. Any personal information submitted on the Ace Contractors Edge Rewards program application will not be shared with any third party entities as
detailed in Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. privacy policy.
6. Purchasing targets associated to the Reward Tiers will be based on the previous year same-quarter purchases. Reward quarters are based on the
calendar year. Q1 – January, February, and March; Q2 – April, May, and June; Q3 – July, August, and September; Q4 – October, November, and December.
7. Minimum purchases per quarter to qualify for Rewards are $1,000.00. Qualifying purchases are defined as the invoice amount less any sales tax,
handling, or shipping costs.
8. If previous year’s same-quarter sales are less than $1,000.00, Reward amount will be 1% of current quarter purchases, if purchases exceed $1,000.00.
9. Ace Contractor Edge Rewards will be loaded by the 15th of the month after the quarter ends. (Ex. Quarter 1 rewards will be loaded to the member’s
card by April 15th.)
10. Members are responsible for any United States federal, state or local taxes and/or government fees that may be imposed in connection with the
acceptance of any Rewards.
11. Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the Rewards program, including Ace
Advantage Rewards bonus promotions, at any time.
12. Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline any application for the Ace Contractors Edge Rewards program.
13. Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for the enforcement of any gift acceptance policy of the company associated
to the cardholder.
14. By participating in the Rewards promotion, participants hereby grant Ace Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. permission to use his/her name,
photograph, or likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use for
purposes including display, advertising, sale, and trade.
15. Ace Contractors Edge Rewards are based on incremental sales between this years & last years quarterly sales.
16. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures
of the program.

Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Ace Contractors Edge Rewards program?
A: To be eligible, Contractors must:
Accrue quarterly sales of at least $1,000.
Maintain good standing of Ace account, all invoices are paid within terms of sale.
Q: How do I enroll in the Ace Contractors Edge Rewards program?
A: To enroll, simply complete the Ace Contractors Edge Rewards application form and submit one
of four ways: mail-in to our Vineland location (address below), hand in person at any Ace
location, e-mail to Edge@TeamAce.com, or fax to (856)-696-8678. You will be notified once the
application is received and approved.

Q: Does the program cost anything?
A: Ace Contractors Edge Rewards is free to enroll for all Ace Plumbing, Heating & Electrical
Supplies, Inc. contractors. There are no monthly or annual fees once enrolled.
Q: How do I earn Ace Contractors Edge Rewards?
A: Once enrolled, simply continue to shop at any of our seven conveniently located Ace locations
for all your plumbing, heating, & electrical supply needs.
Q: What products qualify?
A: Ace Contractors Edge Rewards are earned on approved purchases at all Ace Plumbing,
Heating, & Electrical Supplies, Inc. locations. Specially priced products or Job Quotes may not
qualify for Rewards.
Q: When are funds awarded?
A: When reward Tiers are achieved, funds earned will be loaded onto your card by the 15th of the
month following that annual quarter. (Ex. Quarter 1 rewards will be loaded to the member’s
card by April 15th.)
Q: When will my card be sent to me?
A: Once enrolled into the program, Contractors Edge Rewards members will receive their card
after the end of the current annual quarter with any funds they may have earned. Contractors
Edge Rewards achieved for subsequent quarters will be loaded onto your existing Rewards Card.
Q: How will my personal information be used?
A: Any member information submitted as part of the Ace Contractors Edge Reward program will
be used in accordance with Ace’s Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with any
outside sources. Your personal information will only be used to issue you a rewards card,
distribute funds, and to inform members of upcoming Edge promotions.
Q: Why do you need my Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)?
A: Any tax liability resulting from the receipt of program rewards is the sole responsibility of the
program participant. Individuals who receive more than $600 in a calendar year will be issued
an IRS 1099 form.

Q: How do I earn Ace Advantage Rewards?
A: As a contractor purchasing at one of the regional leaders in plumbing, heating, and electrical
supplies, Ace Contractors Edge members get to take advantage of not only competitive prices
and expansive inventory, but also exclusive bonus promotions selected just for Contractors
Edge members. Each quarter, contractors will be able to earn up to 10% back on select Ace
Advantage Rewards product lines. Contractors will be notified of upcoming promotions via
mail or e-mail.
Q: Can I use my Contractors Edge Rewards to pay on my Ace account?
A: The Contractors Edge Rewards Program was designed as a way for Ace to show appreciation
to our loyal contractors. We prefer to see you use the card to reward yourself and your family,
however, the Edge card can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted.
Q: If I lose my rewards card, how much is a replacement?
A: Replacement cards are $12.50 and are charged to the balance on the card.
